You have an HP Printer and it’s not printing, it could happen for a number of reasons, such as connectivity between the computer and the printer, too many print jobs stuck in the queue, printer driver, paper jam, the required ink has run out and in some cases either the color or the black ink is empty.
So to fix the problem, the first step that you should take is to check whether or not the copy is working. If the copy is not working, it could be a problem with the connectivity or printer software installed on the computer. If the copy is not working, you should check ink is not empty and for the jam or in rare cases the error message on the printer display.

Get the Printer IP address from the printer itself, or from the router’s page and PING it from the computer. If PING is getting replies, there is no connectivity problem, reconfigure the printer and it will be fine.
If there is no reply, restart the printer and check PING again after a few seconds.
If it’s USB
Simply restart the printer, and if still nothing reconfigure it.
